Eton Emerald Lofts is a pre-selling Ortigas Condominium located along Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center. We went to the Eton Emerald Lofts model units along Emerald Avenue with my neighboring auntie, who was the same one I went with last time to Pasig Greenwoods (http://www.realestatephilippinesblog.com/pasig-greenwoods-house-for-sale/). She is still in search for a new house or condominium near the Pasig or Ortigas areas…
Surprisingly, she liked the Eton Emerald Lofts better than the first Ortigas Condominium I showed her along Pearl drive which was Greenrich Mansion. Even though it was only p7million for a 200 square meter 3 bedroom unit, she did not like it because she said it was too cramped. Maybe the fact that there were people living there was also a factor, because the unit looked kinda messed up and unattractive.
Meanwhile, Eton Emerald Lofts proved to be just the pleasing opposite to her: A new, very spacious bi-level unit with outstanding interior decorating (as shown above). Also, terms of payment aren’t bad as well…
Because of this great payment scheme of Eton Emerald, you can see that you don’t have to put out a big downpayment to own a 1 bedroom loft! You only have to invest around p34000 to p28000 per month! Again, another advantage of pre-selling condominiums: even though they will be built in 3 years time, their payment schemes provide great flexbility to buyers and investors who are willing wait
